This Privacy Policy explains how BiasBoy Studios handles information in the current version of Color Fiesta.

Information stored on your device

Color Fiesta stores game information locally on the device so the app can remember your session and preferences. This can include:

• player name entered in Solo mode;
• virtual starting balance and current virtual balance;
• game settings such as sound, haptics, and reduced-motion preferences;
• local Multiplayer session information and round history; and
• recent game results and local game statistics.

Data collection and sharing

The current Color Fiesta build does not require account registration. It does not transmit player names, virtual balances, local Multiplayer session information, or game results to BiasBoy Studios, and BiasBoy Studios does not sell or share that local gameplay information with third parties.

The current build does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, cloud account sync, or social-login services.

Device features

Color Fiesta may use supported device or browser features for game feedback, including audio, speech synthesis, and vibration or haptics when enabled. These features are used to provide the game experience and do not create a BiasBoy Studios user account.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on the device until it is reset or cleared within the app, the app's local storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Because the current build does not create an online account or upload this gameplay data to BiasBoy Studios, there is no server-side Color Fiesta account data to delete.

Children's privacy

Color Fiesta does not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children. The game is designed around local gameplay using virtual points only. Parents or guardians can remove locally stored game information by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

Virtual points

Color Fiesta uses virtual points for entertainment only. Virtual points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred for monetary value.

Changes to this policy

If Color Fiesta's data practices change, this policy will be updated before or when those changes are released, as appropriate.
