Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Color Fiesta.

Entertainment-only virtual points

Color Fiesta uses virtual points only. They are not money, cannot be purchased for cash in the current build, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for monetary value.

Game results

Color Fiesta includes randomized game results. Game results are provided for entertainment within the app and do not create any entitlement to money, prizes, or financial returns.

Local game data

Player names, virtual balances, preferences, local Multiplayer sessions, and recent results may be stored locally on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may permanently remove this information.

Acceptable use

You may use Color Fiesta for personal entertainment. Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or interfere with the operation or security of the app or its distribution.

Availability and updates

BiasBoy Studios may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the app develops. Updates may change gameplay presentation, compatibility, or settings.

Disclaimer

Color Fiesta is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BiasBoy Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device configuration.
